Blown film extrusion is a technology that is the most common method to make plastic films, especially for the packaging industry. The process involves extruding a tube of molten polymer through a die and inflating to several times its initial diameter to form a thin film bubble. This bubble is then collapsed and used as a lay-flat film or can be made into bags. Rotogravure Print

Rotogravure (roto or gravure for short) is a type of intaglio printing process, which involves engraving the image onto an image carrier. In gravure printing, the image is engraved onto a cylinder because, like offset printing and flexography, it uses a rotary printing press. Sunrise is able to supply the product up to 11 colors rotogravure printing.

Flexographic Print

Flexography (often abbreviated to flexo) is a form of printing process which utilizes a flexible relief plate. It is essentially a modern version of printing technology for flexible packaging industry with advantage of less cost on cylinders, higher printed speed, lower cost on changeovers. With GPS technology installed on Sunrise flexographic print press, these advantage are being strengthen.
